By accessing or using TwinFlame ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Age Requirement and Eligibility

The Service is exclusively available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 21 years old
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
  • You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

If you are found to be under 21, your account will be immediately terminated and all associated data will be deleted.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

6. Matching and Connections

The Service uses an intelligent matching system to suggest potential connections. We do not guarantee:

  • The number or quality of matches
  • That you will find a compatible connection
  • The accuracy of match suggestions
  • That other users will respond to your messages

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your subscription
  • Be bound by the subscription terms and pricing at the time of purchase
  • Understand that subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Accept that all sales are final, except as required by law

Subscriptions are processed through third-party payment processors (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Refunds are subject to the policies of these platforms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
  • Discontinuation or material modification of the Service
  • Extended periods of inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time by using the delete account feature in the app. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and associated data.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TWINFLAME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10.3 Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TWINFLAME'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TwinFlame, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration organization, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TwinFlame operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TwinFlame regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
